Threadnote 4.3.2 makes inspect_code_graph response budgeting consistent for local repository inspections.

Bounded local graph evidence

  • budgetTokens now applies to local inspect_code_graph results instead of being rejected as workset-only.
  • The budget covers both the text and structured MCP response, with deterministic prefix selection and an explicit truncation receipt when all matching evidence cannot fit.
  • Named-workset query pagination keeps its existing budget and cursor behavior; local calls continue to reject cursors.
