Threadnote 4.6.12 resolves nine dependency vulnerabilities, updates to Effect 4 RC 115 and Bun 1.4.2, and publishes canonical OCI graphs with automatic recovery.

Security updates

The release includes patched versions of qs, fast-uri, and hono. No user action is needed beyond updating Threadnote.

Effect update

Effect 4 RC 115 includes the upstream fix for read-only SQLite transactions. Bun 1.4.2 fixes the SQLite statement-cache lifetime issue, allowing Threadnote to remove its local Effect patch. The runtime and test integrations are updated together.

Graph sharing

Threadnote now uploads signed graph checkpoints, deltas, and retained history to an enrolled OCI registry. Interrupted publication retries automatically, while authenticated metadata continues to serve the last confirmed graph until the replacement is acknowledged.
