Threadnote 5.0.5 turns Manager into an actionable context workspace, with memory-first health reviews, full-detail dialogs, durable background citation repair, and optional exact-current source excerpts in Context Briefs.

What's new

Review and repair context in Manager

The Review inbox now opens complete proposed memories and lets you approve, defer, reject, or safely recover a missing replacement target without leaving Manager. Context Health groups findings by affected memory, shows memory previews and cited source excerpts, and presents the repair that will run before anything changes.

Missing or inactive relation targets can be removed after review. Citation repair can process a bounded batch in the foreground or continue through the full backlog in a background worker while Manager is closed.

Progress and results you can trust

Background citation repair now reports graph preparation, scanning, source confirmation, and application progress. It binds every proposed citation to the exact current graph snapshot and rescans without writing if the source changes during the run.

Completion separates successful memory updates from the number of health issues actually cleared, so a large write count is never presented as an equivalent reduction in remaining issues.

Useful context at a glance

Manager Home now presents a live project attention map backed by current memory, review, health, and recent-value statistics. Handoffs open in full scrollable dialogs, Library loading no longer shifts the page, and project setup and other redundant surfaces have been removed.

Exact source when a task needs it

Context Brief keeps its compact default and adds an opt-in detail: "source" mode. Source mode includes bounded exact-current code excerpts with stable citations and reports explicit coverage gaps when current evidence cannot be read safely.
