What's new
Threadnote 5.3.1 preserves shared skill text, recovers incomplete shared imports, and makes development workflows and citation checks more reliable.
Shared skills and imports
Shared agent artifacts, including skill files, retain their original text when imported instead of being transformed like memory documents. Shared team initialization, recovery, and synchronization also use a consistent import path. A later sync can recover files missing from an earlier partial import, even when the upstream repository has not changed.
Development workflows and citations
Development workflow phases can now declare an empty set of allowed write paths when a phase needs no file changes. Their acceptance and review requirements still apply.
Context Brief citation checks use current structural graph readiness without unnecessarily inspecting semantic status. Structural freshness and citation fences remain enforced; this does not treat stale source as current.
When scope paths are identical, graph routing reuses one fresh identity; distinct paths continue to be checked independently. The bundled embedding runtime returns to node-llama-cpp 3.22.1.
Website and diagnostics
The website has clearer setup guidance, improved readability and navigation, and a recording of the real Manager in place of the simulated demo. Shared links use a square preview logo.
Benchmark diagnostics retain vector measurements and validate their inputs more accurately. Platform benchmark retries select the matching successful replica artifacts, and release CI runs platform smoke checks in parallel. These changes do not establish a new performance claim.
